What would be the result of banding hunting.
Some people think hunting will eventualy be illegal. But I don't hunting is like a sport or a hobbby to me, it's just like baseball or basketball, or any other sports. Even though it involves the killing of animals, it also can be viewed as a good thing. Because when you hunt deer, and kill them it decreases the chances of causing wrecks. For some people hunting is like a job. Whether it's a Tv show or having to sell the meat that you kill this is very important to some people. personally hunting is more than just killing the animals. I tend to take it very serious just as much as a basketball player does basketball. If hunting was banded a lot of people would be mad, and wrecks would probably increase due to the fact that more deer are free to roam now. I know many people have diffrent views on hunting but ask anyone who hunts, and listen to me because I'm a actual hunter it actually does take skill to be a really good hunter. Technique is key! This is a way of life for me and many other people. I will continue to cherish, and take part in this hobby.

ReplyDeleteWrecks would really increase because of the increase in numbers of inexperienced or new teenage drivers on the road, now. If they were to have a deer jump out in the road while they're driving, they probably couldn't handle the situation.
ReplyDeleteVery good points were brought up; however, I disagree. True, hunting could be like a job; however, it doesn't really help anything. True, it gives some people food, but some people don't even eat meat. True, it gives people jobs, but some people can't even handle doing such things.
ReplyDeletehunting being banned= very unhappy people. it wont happen. i agree with you matt. alot of hunting accidents do occur each year, but alot can happen to prevent these things. such as more safety classes, license, courses, etc

ReplyDeleteGood job, Matt. I live with a hunter and he hunts every chance he gets. Hunting does mean a lot to most people, I hope it doesn't banned as well. Hunting is an escape for my father and many other people, it puts food on their tables and keeps their stress level down. Great essay
